Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions

All products are sold "as is". By completing your purchase, you accept full responsibility, as refunds are not provided. However, exchanges are available if you notify us via idexhibit@gmail.com within 5 days of the posted delivery date. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, you will receive a refund for the difference, minus a $12 restocking fee. Approvals for exchanges are at the sole discretion of IDEXHIBIT. 
All vintage items may have imperfections due to their unique history and character.

All digital products are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

  • Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may take 1-2 business days longer during sales or holiday seasons.

Shipping

  • Domestic Orders:
    All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2-4 business days after shipment. However, delivery times may be affected by extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once you receive your tracking number, please direct any delivery-related inquiries to postal provider.

  • Lost or Mis-Delivered Packages:
    If your package is lost or mis-delivered, please file a claim with USPS or other package providers before contacting us. We are unable to assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.

  • International Customers: Please contact idexhibit@gmail.com before purchasing. You may be directed to one of our third party platforms for checkout via Poshmark, Mercari, Ebay or Depop.
