RENTAL AGREEMENT
Step 1: Read Rental Agreement + Policies and fill out application below. You will receive an email in 24-48 hours to either approve or deny your application. *You only need to do this once.

Step2: If approved you will be able to submit a pull request for the items you wish to rent, along with info about your event/shoot.

Step 3: You will receive an invoice with your rental total to check out and will receive an email with details for pick up/drop off or delivery of your rental.
Rental Agreement + Policies
DEPOSITS: All rentals require a minimum $50 security deposit (If rental total exceeds $400 the security deposit will be $100). The standard security deposit is to be charged with the rental fee and will be credited back to credit card or payment transfer app on file when the rental is returned complete (all items returned in same condition as rented out).
ALTERATIONS: If costumes/garments are altered to fit, they must be returned in their original condition. If a costume/garment is returned altered or damaged, additional fees will be charged above security deposit. Costumes/garments may NOT be cut, painted, embellished or permanently altered in any way. Any adhesives (tape, putty) or chemicals (i.e. bleach) may NOT be used on costumes/garments.
DAMAGED OR LOST COSTUME: Damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur damage charges above the security deposit. Damage charges will be assessed for broken zippers, detached garment pieces, make-up, permanent stains or any other damage that renders the costume not rentable. Major damage to costumes, including irreparable tears, or irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the costume/garment. Lost costumes will be charged the full replacement value of the costume/garment.
LATE RETURNS: All rentals returned late will be charged a 10% late fee based off of the initial rental total. The late fee will increase 5% weekly until all costume/garments are returned.
DISCLAIMER: IDEXHIBIT/Sailing In The Desert is not responsible or liable to The Renter for personal injury, harm, or property damage arising out of or in connection with said items owned or rented by IDEXHIBIT/Sailing In The Desert. The Renter agrees to use the costumes or other items specified on this agreement at the Renter’s own risk.
I have read and understand the Costume Rental Policies above and agree to abide by them. I agree to pay damage/replacement charges (at current replacement value) if required.
By submitting this rental application you are agreeing to the IDEXHIBIT/Sailing In The Desert rental agreement and policies above for any pending, current and future rentals with IDEXHIBIT/Sailing In The Desert.
